Dr. Shirleena Celestine is the Founder and Creator of TheOrg Intelligence, the precision leadership system that decodes how leaders actually operate, reveals their strengths and blind spots, and upgrades the emotional intelligence required to lead with clarity and measurable impact.
Born in the United Kingdom and now based in Los Angeles, California, Dr. Celestine brings a rare global perspective to her work. Before founding TheOrg Intelligence, she served as a Global Senior Executive Leader at one of the world's largest technology companies, Apple, leading at scale across international markets and gaining firsthand insight into the leadership patterns that drive or derail organisational performance.
Her academic foundation is equally exceptional. Dr. Shirleena holds a PhD in Social Science, with research focused on leadership and women in the workplace, examining how leadership and managerial behaviour shapes career outcomes, lived experience, and organisational culture at every level.
